Adding Armor Stands Holding Items Plugin

Hello fellow Minevasters,
_iCyrax would like the plugin where armor stands can hold items to be implemented for better decoration and would like the communities feedback on this subject. He was unable to post this himself due to internet problems.

Armor Stands require a certain command block to allow it to have arms. I dont think Dakota would allow every player to use command blocks.

True that plug in is hard 2 used and it need many commands and stuff if he accepted i will say Legend - sponsor should have this

Not even legend-sponsor. (There are command block commands that can kill a server)

well true that plugin make 1 of my friends server 2 be destroy whit lag
