An issue with the monthly VIP reward.

So i am a VIP member, and in the manacube shop i get a free ancient key every month. so all of a sudden it doesnt let me claim my key say; "This package has been purchased too many times by you"

Im confused, do you only get a certain amount before you aren't allowed to do it anymore?

to be clear, last time i claimed a key was 2 months ago

Howdy Howdy!

For your monthly keys you can only do it every 30 or 31 days.
If it still does not let you claim it, it could mean someone else claimed it under your account in the last 30 days while you were offline.
You can make a support ticket if you think that is not what happened and an admin can try to look further into it.
