Hello my nick is proverzo and i got unfairly permanently banned for having a skin, and it was a skin of Adolf Hitler. There is no rule against having any kind of skin, so every skin can be used freely. See how there is a rule for inappropiate usernames, if my nick was "HeilHitler" or anything close, that could be punishable but as you can see there arent any violated rules here, but there are some other rules not listed in the official forum, they appear when you type /rules in the skyblock server, and they are the following:

We understand that in Minecraft you will get into some heated debates, altrough we encourage you to play respectfully, keep language to a minimum, and treat other players with respect while you play.
When i was accused for having this skin and being threatened of a ban I asked what i did wrong. The mod didnt backup his accuse with anything just told me that is "against the rules" so i told him that in the /rules there are no such thing. He said that the rules in there are so outdated. After a couple of minutes he said that i can see the rules in the forum or when i type /rules, which doesnt make sense because he said that they are outdated ? Put that aside. He said that the rule #5 is the rule that ive broken, and as you can see there are no rule that doesnt allow skin. If so, it would say, like it says in the official rules not to have an inappropriate name. I would violate the rule if i were to type in the chat that hitler is good or something like that (even then it wouldnt be bannable because im not disrespecting anyone). While i was arguing with the mod many people jumped in the debate also. One comment catched my eye and it said this "he was a person so does it matter if he is a skin?". That shows that i didnt disrespect anyone, i didnt insult anyone even in the argument i was polite, i just had a skin of a person. Nonetheless the mod didnt want to hear me and my arguments against him. He was resolute to ban me. So with that being said I want to post this here and I hope the person dealing with the issues in the forum knows the rules and doesnt make any up. I want an apology from the mod, unban and a compensation for the time I have been banned.
