Best SVA's in my price range?

As of right now, Dacon has announced that beta testing for the reset is coming soon, implying that the reset will probably within a few months. Now, seeing that SVA's are some of the only things kept after a reset, what would be the best SVA(s) for me to buy in my price range (1-2 mil)?
Note: I need SVA armor, preferably boots or a helmet. I also could use a bow. I do not need a sword though.

As you have probably discovered it will be hard to find anything for cash now. Nobody wants large sums of cash with a reset seemingly a couple months away.
