Best way to get XP for enchanting

I'm on the second island tasks stage and need to enchant 10 things.
1. How do i enchant?
2. What is the best way to get XP so i can enchant?

I think you can do 10 level 1 enchants on wooden tools, would be the cheapest way to do it, and killing mobs at any of the is warps that are grinders would be best way to get exp (/is warp grinder is one of my go to’s)
To enchant the stuff just use an enchantment table, you shouldnt need bookshelves for it to count for the quest, but if you do you’ll need 15 bookshelves around the enchantment table, where it goes enchantment table, then every block around that is air and then every block outside of that is bookshelves
