I bought voxel from the shop before the reset, was wondering if i can claim it back.

You can reclaim your package here: https://store.manacube.com/category/1059611.

In future, you can type /claim on hub, and it’ll redirect you to the store, but that link should take you to the ‘reclaim package’ section, just enter in your IGN.
