Bounty hunter 10 challenge but no mana recieved. And mana fairies.

I completed the Bounty hunter challenge where you need 10 Bounty kills to get and when I received it I got the achievement but no mana. It said that you'd receive 200 mana and an achievement. And also A quick question about mana fairies, where mana fairies meant to give you mana cause everytime I found one I always got 0 mana.

Mana fairies have been disabled, which is why you don't earn any mana. For the bounty achievement:
Did you go to the bounty hunter npc at spawn and tried to claim it in the bounty hunter milestones menu? Should look like this: https://prnt.sc/vtnu1n

Yes I did go to the bounty hunter menu and it said something like "Challenge completed" in green text under the 10 kills challenge. But I'll make a ticket, thank you.
