/broadcast command help

I recently bought legend and it says it comes with the /broadcast command, so when I go on creative and try to do the /broadcast command it says I don't have access to that command. Someone please help me with this issue and by the way I am doing /broadcast (text). Do I need to buy the broadcast command or something?

try /bc
you are probably typing broadcast wrong but I don't know
