I have the Premium rank and for some reason, I am unable to create my warps.

I don't believe premium comes with the ability to set warps, you would need at least legend to set as many as you want.
Just do /ranks in game to find out what each rank gives.

I looked into it and as premium you get to set a max of 3 warps...

Ok i triple checked and this is kinda messed up on the server it says i don't get any but from the online shop it says i get 3.

It was probably removed for premium from eula try getting legend or anything above and you should be able to set warps or ask me i am willing to help :3

That would be cool, I do not have setwarps as well.
