I tried to purchase VIP and it kept declining my card(It was a VISA giftcard linked through google pay), then I looked at the balance and it said $10 had been taken from it twice with pending transaction next to it. Any clue what is going on??
I recommend creating a support thread for this issue. You can create one by scrolling all the way down to the bottom of forums until you find the "Report" section. From here you can click on "Report A Bug" and begin the process. I hope they're able to work everything out! Godspeed mate!
