can/how do I buy a rank for a friend as a gift

hello, I want to buy a rank for my friend, and I want to make sure that it will go to them and not me, how to do this? thanks

By going to the store page, click ranks and it will come up with "please enter your username to continue". By entering your friends in game name, you'll be able to purchase a rank for your friend. :)
