Hello!
Below I will provide you with the correct steps with visuals to properly claim your VIP+ rank again.
First, navigate to the ManaCube store. (https://store.manacube.com/
On the side of the web page, you should see categories.
Scroll all the way down to the 'Claim Package' category and click on it.
If it says to enter your current username, please do so. If that doesn't appear after clicking the 'Claim Package Category,' this page should appear.
In the highlighted area, you see 'Claim VIP+' which you say is your rank. Click 'Buy' and this should appear. (Note: You will not be asked for credit card information.)
You will notice it says the item is free, which it is if you have truly bought it. Click add to cart. (Again - it will not ask for any credit card information.)
It is optional whether or not you want to fill in the billing details. If the claim does not go through then do fill them in. Simply agree to the terms and conditions of your purchase and click 'Claim for free.'
This should be the end result.
