Can't use vote keys

I voted and received the crate keys (4) while in the map maker world but when i try to use them they leave my inventory. Help?

This is as the map maker world is different from the normal world. Please vote in spawn next time to receive your keys.
(also applies to champion maps but they are currently disabled)

Kxies is correct with what she said, just to add on, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to refund the vote keys, however if you see me in-game (my ign is deekaroni and my nick is Izzy) I will gladly give you my 5 vote crates from that day!! Just let me know it's you!
