Is it possible to combine sword?

I have a 2 swords with legendary enchants.. can I combine them? if so how?

Up to a certain limit, you can combine enchantments on two swords of the same material, but the amount of experience needed to combine the swords goes up as there are more, and higher level, enchantments. Once it passes a certain limit it will just say "Too Expensive". You can combine the swords in the anvil, but some enchantments might cancel each other out like Sharpness and Smite.

Something else to note is that enchantments only go up to vanilla minecraft limits. Like sharpness V.

ya if you have 2 sharp V11 swords it will turn it into a sharp V sword
