Should be /pay <ign> <amount>. Try asking questions like this in chat next time since you'll probably get a faster response <3

You are always free to ask questions wherever you want. My suggestion is to use /helpop in game when staff is around. It sends a msg to all online staff so they can help you. It's the fastest and most efficient way for you to get help <3
