Creative staff not doing their job correctly...

i have noticed that creative staff hasn't been doing there job correctly.

1. i have seen people asking several times for staff to clear plots and ignore the players. this is happening to me at the time and there is 2 staff members on and just ignore me.

They are probably busy and can't cater just to you they have to help tons of other players to, Please wait and they will shortly help you!

Yup, we try helping players as much as we can, but chat in creative goes very fast and don't have time to read everything'

Chat-Mods cannot help you with clearing plots I've been asked this multiply.
Moderators are normally helping out someone or are just busy with something, they have a life to live
There have been a few new assets to the creative group
Creative gets extremely busy at time when chat can't even be read
So yea...
