I have playtested your map, heres a review.
I have to disappoint you and tell you this map will be rejected, I am not a map judge, but I can say with full certainty.
First off, the build is lacking. There is not enough detail and variety of block usage in the build, after looking it up I can see what you had in mind, and I have to say the theme is fine, but the build itself lacks detail, try to use different blocks for one surface in your map to improve texturing, and avoid pixel art entirely. I also recommend making your builds bigger, this makes detailing simpler aswell as giving you more freedom in the parkour pathing, allowing you to use the inside of the build for example.
As for the parkour, it is probably lacking even more than the build, it is very repetetive and boring, does not flow at all and overall makes for an awful experience, both for casual players and speedrunning. The parkour mainly relies on ladders, of course, a ladder jump or two is fine, but making this many jumps rely on them makes for repetetive parkour. There is variety elsewhere either, if the jump is not a ladder, it is a very traditional block-to-block jump. For inspiration on how to make the parkour, I recommend looking at some recently accepted highly rated easy maps, such as Nomads, Flamingo, osu! or Stealth-Elf.
The spacing between checkpoints is fine though, good job on that!
