Daily Rewards Bug

Hi, maybe you can help me.
I redeemed the #5 daily reward and got nothing.

I’d urge you to make a support ticket for this, so hopefully an admin or higher can resolve this for you. I believe this issue has been reported, but if not I will do so.

It has been reported many a time, and as Hallow said, if you want the items from day 5 and 6, you can open a ticket and an admin will return the items to you. Dont worry about day 7 though, you do get the .50 cubits

when i claimed my daily rewards i got 0.2 cubits and went to auction house to buy an ancient axe it didn't work but everything else did. please fix this issue soon

You most likely received 0.02 cubits, and the axe costs 0.2 (which is 0.20). So you’re missing 0.18 cubits.

no i had 0.2 cubits and the axe cost 0.1 cubits but it said i didn't have 0.1 cubits

Are you able to take a screenshot of your /cubits balance? The cubits from the daily rewards should work fine, I haven’t experienced/heard of any issues with them.

Yeah, so you have 0.01 not 0.1 (which would be 0.10)

no it was 0.1 cubit and i had 0.1 cubits and when i tried to buy it it said you at least need 0.1 cubits and i did have that many

In that screenshot you provided, your balance is 0.01. You would need 0.10 if the item cost 0.1
