Why do you want to become staff?
To help others with questions or help in future projects of the staff group and help building things for example a lobby for a new modality (if it comes out) or that kind of things.
How long have you played on ManaCube?
I have 2.6 days of playtime which is enough because it adds up to about 64 hours which is more than in the requirments (50)but joined about in november.
How many hours a week can you dedicate to Manacube? i can play about 1 to 3 hours a day from monday to thursday because of school reasons i wouldent be able to play more than that from monday to thursday but friday, saturday and sunday i can play from about 2 hours to 4 hours a day minimum without afking.
What skills do you feel you have that will help the server?
I am a very good builder (for future projects if a new modality is launched or a new style of hub is done i could design houses or buildings or structures to decorate it(maybe if its halloween season decorate an specific area of the server halloween-like)) and a pearson who is very expresive that can communicate with players easilly when they need help with any kind of problem in the game (mainly survival that is why i am applaiyng for survival not other modalities), i am also a very creative pearson so if the staff group is looking for ideas on anything i will always have an open mind and will always be an open pearson and would love to share all the ideas that that i come up with to the staff group with an objective of inproving the server and making it better.
What experiences have you had which could help you as staff? I have been staff in another server and worked in a builder group, i think the group factor is really important considering that there are more staff including me (if i get to be one) so i think the ability to be confortable in a group is really important because it will help with comunication and expressing opinions in a group, in this case a staff group.
What three attributes distinguish yourself from other players that qualify you to be a helper?
I am really active and i am not usually afk so i will be aveilable in every moment someone needs me, even thow i havent played this server alot (i wouldent consider myself as new) by asking questions to other staff and more experienced players i knw alot about the server, it isen´t my first time being staff in a server if i get to be staff in this one it would be my second time, in another server i have been already a staff member from a builder team (i may not have proof of this because it happened 2 years ago and i quitted a year an 2 months ago but i may be able to get proof of this) and i know how to work in a team and colaborate with the rest of staff members.
Please explain what you believe the role of a staff member is.
I think the role of a staff member is to help other players and help develop the server in a way that it seems more atractive to people not plaiyng it (and also people playing it already so they do not quit), searching for a new server to play looking in websites or more and that it grows bigger as a community making people kinder and growing in number, and as a server.
Are you able to use recording software? I havent tried yet to use recording software but i have no problem on recording thins in side the game.
Anything else we should know?
If i am requiered to go in a call i am aveilable tomorrow from 8:30 to 17:00 spain time, i can also be aveilable in other times i just wanted to be specific if the calls are going to be sooner or later in time. ty for your time have a great day :D.
