Didn't receive an item.

I am not even sure this goes here.. but I did not receive my Emerald Blocks from the Lucky Treasure chest. I am not sure if this was my fault or if the server lagged or what. I know that sometimes when I do the voter chests I don't always get the full amount it states when it comes to blocks either. Like it will say 63 wood and I only get like 16 for some reason... my IGN is xorinichanox

If you got a screenshot of you getting it then you can just send it to a staff member but if you don't staff usually don't do anything.
