Disappearing tools /w video

Second time today that my weapon has magically disappeared.

First time i lost a Legendary Axe Called Oxygen But then I thought i lost it and was really annoyed as i had to make another axe which wasn't as good.
However i was just building something in my skybase and wanted to use my Silk touch pick as i swap between my axes depending on what i want to do.
After going through a few menu's it disappeared.
I believe this is a glitch when you have more than one of the same tool in your inventory.

Pick lost was Skottish Skeng

Hello.
I have lost tools in the past as well.
But I always lost them if I emptied a water bucket, which then wanted to place itself in my hotbar slot 1 (where my pic resides).
This sounds like a different problem though.

I suggest to make a support ticket,
also write the details of your lost tools there, you might be lucky and get them restored.

If you never made one:
click on "SUPPORT" on the top,
then the yellow button "Open Ticket..." on the right,
and simply fill out the form.
Doesn't take long.^^

Yes cheers, I realized this and changed it to a support.

However im keeping this up as it can be shown to other people who may experience the same problem
