Discord Info Links to Forums/Wiki

Hey there.
With the merge now underway and alot of information needed by our new MV fam, I believe it would be beneficial to make a Forums/wiki Links channel in Discord that links each section of the forum/wiki to the discord for easier access to information.
This will benefit New players, current and also staff.
