do /is upgrades work?

I have recently upgraded my island Mob loot and Mob spawning upgrades to nearly the maxed levels, though I am not noticing any significant change in profit. Can anyone confirm if these upgrades work or not? I'm not sure if I should grind out any more mana to max these out--please let me know!

Hi AZNCreeper,

The only island upgrades that work are the spawner limit and hopper limit. The others sadly don't work.
