Donation Rank not given on some servers

Hello beautiful faces!
I recently bought a rank on minevast Well actually not recently I bought legend back in august 2015! I just got back on the server cause why not! I current don't have my rank on two servers. Kitpvp and skywars. I bought this rank when the donations weren't split into servers and were all global. I know there have been problems with donor ranks before! If you can help ill be so happy ^-^ Thanks!!
