Donation rank trouble Staff please read

So basically I bought Vast a Long time ago and when I decided to join back onto minevast I realised I have vast on some servers and on some servers I do no have vast. Also when I logged onto the factions server my rank was there but I didn't get my 110k from vast and stuff.

I know you're inpatient to get your Vast, but please just wait for Dacon to see this, he's usually really busy, he has a family like all of us do, he doesn't just sit there in front of his computer and spend his life on MineVast
