The judges would probably review your map if you followed the submission instructions provided in the pinned post here. And also, the judges aren't terminally online so be patient when you wait for them to look at your map.

The THEME of your map is unoriginal as we already have a map based on Dream. Before creating a parkour please make sure to check out this template here to see all the maps accepted on the server!

The BUILD of your map is a problem. The map is entirely made up of pixel art, which is no longer accepted on ManaCube. Next time try considering creating one large main build with lots of depth and detail.

The PARKOUR fits the length and difficulty of a easy/medium map, so good job on that! Your parkour is lacking variance, only things that are incorporated are regular jumps and ladders. To add more variance, try adding more jumps with unique blocks like pots, water, heads, vines, etc.
