Exchange Rates for Souls, XP, Cubies, Mana, etc.

I have noticed some frequently asked questions in Skyblock have to do with exchange rates between things like money, cubits, mana, souls, and experience. I don't know all of the answers and often depending on who is online the answer differs, or there may not be anyone that feels confident that they have an answer. To help, I wanted to see if we could create a thread with the current exchange rates! Please reply with any of the exchange rates you know, and hopefully we can have one clear spot where players can look for answers to these questions!

My understanding is that Cubies generally go for between 600mil - 700mil per 1c in the current Skyblock market. I am not sure what souls, mana, or experience are worth atm!

Edit: I just remembered that 64 heads (souls) usually go for 2-2.5 mil.

Here are the current rates. Please keep in mind some people may disagree and prices are always changing. Different people also buy at different rates.

1c = 600m
1k heads = 30m
1k mana = 10m
100k xp = 10m
