Factions Changes to rules/in game

From someone who has played highly competitive factions before this server is really handicapping itself in that field, let me explain how.

1) With the shield it is a nice idea but should be no more than 6 hrs. With the shield being 18hrs long and only 6hrs to raid bigger factions cant be raided with good time management, but smaller ones won't be able to compete as much. The point of a faction is to manage the time of people on not having a shield cover u for 18hrs.

2) Raiding rules: Cant raid a base when someone else is raiding is kinda weird to have because it makes faction competes for bases not who can fire their cannon first to get the raid. For Example, if Faction A is getting raided by faction B but faction C has a faster way to breach they cant compete for the raid. They have to give it to faction b. On the same note Faction, A is raiding Faction B, why cant Faction C blow up Faction B's cannon to stop them from raiding so Faction C could come back later and raid them.

3)Simply add the ability to gen blocks in because with raided and cannon that cant one-shot lava water walls can cause trouble to them.

4)A rule that should be added is factions can build cannons in their base claims/walls it will make factions scramble to save their base instead of just firing a pre-made cannon at them.

5)Removing the cant fly near the enemy is kinda annoying to try to do stuff or at least lower the radius to like 1chunk/16blocks away. It makes raiding/pvping more annoying.

These are some changes that could help smaller factions compete with top factions more because right now raiding is so limited and with counter cannon inside base walls there is no point in raiding big factions. Pls leave your thought, and I would say give it a shot for a season to see if people like it.
