FClaiming Improvements

What is your suggestions and how can they be helpful: Two features that would be great, improve the speed of claiming land and more land to claimline in one use of the command. It literally takes 5-10 seconds to claim a square radius of 5, and claiming can be life or death to some people in the game if someone unclaims a corner and people are racing to claim the land, and time waiting to claim sucks overall. Also FClaimline is a useful command but you can only claim 5 chunks, it would be helpful if you could claim 20 chunks at a time, since that's the buffer length, it would go quick instead of going around and claiming 5 chunks in a line or doing the square radius command that's currently slow.
