So i got vast about a year ago and i just got back into minecraft, my friend told me i could get my rank back on this server so i tried claim rank but its not working it says i dont own it or somthing.... i originally had it on Sir_mudkip44 not my new account PLEASE HELP

Escuse Me i literally just bought a rank I'm chickengirl69. i bought legend aka donator rank and i got it butttt after one minute it disappeared and now it says i don't have it when I HAVE A RECIPT FOR IT. please help because I'm really mad i spent 20 dollars on this.
