im elite rank and i forgot how to claim my free halloween key, can someome help me?

Unfortunately, the time to collect your Halloween monthly key has passed. The only day to accept the Halloween key was the 31st. Since that day has passed you are unfortunately not allowed to receive your Halloween key. Sorry that you missed the time frame. But for next month how you claim it on the store here. Then just add to cart and then proceed to checkout. Again you aren't allowed to claim the Halloween key since the time frame has passed. Sorry about the fact that you missed the time frame but make sure to check the discord for announcements to see when you can claim it.
