Free Monthly Treasure Chests Issue

Hello! As I saw in the new update, we can claim free monthly treasure chests. However, when I tried, it wouldn't let me, saying that I'm not allowed to purchase (claim) it. I think this is mostly due to the fact how I won my Vip+ rank (back before the EULA attack) on Survival, instead of buying the rank. I'm just wondering that if there is a way I can still claim those chests on Survival.

If you are a donator you can claim them on the minevast store.

No NStarMC you cannot. The chests are for ranks purchased by donors rather than for ranks won in game.
