Implemented Get rid of the dumb emoji's

Get rid of the dumb emoji's here on forums when I put : ) without the space I don't want a damn emoji I want the adorable little smiley face but when I do it :) I GET THIS

Yea that's annoying. I removed those. All emojis now use 2 colons for shortcut code
