Did you type the name correctly? are you sure he didn't recieve it or is just telling you he didn't recieve it? Also I recommend you make a support ticket at https://manacube.com/support/ and the staff members will help you deal with the siutation.

For future mana paying do /p pay name (amount) it will not give mana to a none existing ign .
