Grade Error?

I recently got graded and got a C, but it's still showing I have a D+ in tab and the side window, not sure what to do.

I’m sorry about this! I will pass this on to the Creative staff in hopes they can resolve this for you. I assume they just made an error with the grading. This should hopefully be resolved soon, have a nice day/night!

just wanted to check on how it's going with this, been a few days and still D+ :( do I need to be online with a creative staff member for this to be fixed?

Yes, or make a ticket at https://manacube.com/support/open . That way creative staff can just respond to the ticket instead. Both options work.
