Harvest Wheat quest not counting for me

I have a wheat farm that has 50 seeds planted and I have harvested it 5 times (250 total wheat), but my quest says I only have harvested 80 wheat. Am I doing something wrong?

no you're not, have the same problem, just don't go too fast, I noticed that's what usually breaks the count, and was even worse before when items were stacking, but now if you go slow enough to pick up every time wheat by wheat it counts most of them!

It also doesn't count if you use the auto plant feature, such as when you spam bonemeal. You need to make sure you break the wheat with your hands.

Hello,
As mentioned above that quest is quite glitchy. To count one for the quest, you need to break one at a time and pick it up before harvesting the next one. It can take a while, but if you harvest it all at once it won't register.

Yes, it's an issue. To do it effectively you have to harvest one wheat at a time. if they stack it won't count towards quest. it sucks.
