having great time on server

I just joined recently, 9 hours on my Island and really enjoying it.
I was told about voting and did it once and got somne fantastic rewards. Since then voting has not givin me any keys.
Am i doing something wrong?
I was also told I could vote 4 times a day, but when i try again it says I have to wait 24 hours

Hello! I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying the server!

As for your issue with voting, are you online when you’re voting, and more importantly on the gamemode you want to receive the rewards on?

If not, this may be why. If you are, double check you’re typing your IGN correctly, as sometimes autocorrect can really mess up your IGN (I know from experience!)

Also, make sure you use different links when voting. You can vote once on each link every 24 hours. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the replies.
I have discovered that the user Name is CASE SENSITIVE, so that helped a lot.
I will try connecting from the different links but it usually tells me I already voted.
I will try again.
The loot Ive gotten is great BTW. No complaints

As they said island, seems like they main skyblock or islands
