Alrighty gamers this is important and comes truly from the bottom of my heart. So I’ve been playing parkour for the last 7 hours and now my tailbone is killing me. So from personal experience, unglue yourselves from yours for like 5 minutes every hour to stand up, get some water, get your circulation flowing again, etc. Oh and if you’re like me and your vitamin D levels are “dangerously low” and you “need to take vitamin D pills”, maybe log out of Minecraft for an hour or two and go outside! Get some sun for a couple hours. Good luck with your lives and stay healthy, because like I always say, you can’t play video games if you’re dead.
