Help! Forum Tag/Signature

Hey guys, I need some help! I'm a donator on manacube (VIP+) and I see others on the forums who have displayed next to their name "DONATOR" I would like that, also i made a signature, and it seems it doesn't work, it's just a url. I would really appreciate the help!

For the donator tag, make sure you follow the format here

For the signature thing, not sure, but I'll update this post once I figure out how to.

thanks so much, I was able to retrieve the rank, and my signature is looking just fine!
