I was wondering if an admin reviewing my map would be able to rotate the design so that the starting area would be next to the teleportation pad at the start of the map. When making my map I placed the starting area in the center of the designated building area instead of the side. To save my creators and I from having to redesign the whole map,we were wondering if a rotation could be made to place the start against the side of the building walls.

I'm not too familiar with WorldEdit, but maybe there's a command that you could do to select the thing and rotate it? Probably worth looking up.

I didn't understand a thing you said, but there are youtube videos that show you how to use world edit/voxel sniper. That might help you a bit.
