^^ Also you can use the command /staff in game to check the staff who are in game and use /report to get a quicker response. If there are no staff on at the moment, you can always go to forums and report or to the ManaCube discord.

If you need help in game in general you can type /helpop (question) A mod usually responds within minutes :)
