I only have MVP+ on survival why is this? I bought VIP but didn't specify where to have VIP and I got VIP on survival and everyother server there is. When I bought MVP+ I specified survival and now I have MVP+ on that and nothing else except for discord and forums. Why!! Did I waste 10 bucks specifying when I could have not and got it on everything!!

Ranks have been made local, which means, if you buy a rank now, you will have to specify on what gamemode you want that rank and will only get it for that gamemode.
You most certainly bought VIP back then when ranks were still global and then bought MVP+ when ranks were local.
