I bought VIP but is not working (i can't claim monthy rewards)

Hello there @AlexMolo,

It seems you’ve successfully claimed your monthly rewards! Running /cow and selecting the "VIP Monthly Reward" option should grant you an ancient key, which the screenshot confirms you’ve received.

To use the key, just run /crates and from there you can open the ancient crate. If you run into any issues or need further help, feel free to let me know. I'd be happy to assist.

In the monthly it says i don't heve the rank
