I lost my rank.

I was woondering If i could get my rank back. I changed my name to KmanPLayz and my old IGN is XXKMANFTWXX and I had a donator rank Legend and I had the rank Beast. I would really apreciate if you guys could fix my rank and give me back my donator rank thanks
