i was banned from discord

Yeah, she's definitely banned from discord in general, just make a new discord account.

Or maybe, since you're underaged, don't make an account until you are legally old enough to hold a discord account. ToS says you have to be 13 or older.

Sorry to hear you got banned from Discord. However, following a company's Terms of Service is important and failure to do so can in fact lead to legal action. Once you turn 13, Discord will be perfectly fine with you making an account, but until then I would follow what menaciingly stated above and just wait it out. Have a good day!
