For warzone you shouldnt lose stuff because it starts flame wars. at least it shouldnt lose your stuff on skyblock and survival and olympus.

I don't think this should be a thing. That would take away the rewarding part of pvp. Players just have to accept that losing their stuff is possible. I'm not sure about skyblock and survival but the volcano at Olympus literally says your stuff will drop. Players sometimes just need to act a bit more mature about it.
