I'm sure it's being worked on in some areas, but others (like Parkour) change the mechanics of certain blocks that would change a lot of the parkour that exists already. On survival, it's probably in the works since I can't think of a reason why survival wouldn't be able to change over.

Yeah I do believe that It would eventually be updated to a higher version but at the moment 1.13.2 isn't so bad.

I disagree with kitpvp because of 1.14 PVP is not better than 1.8 or 1.7 PVP. This also Goes for Factions because there is a lot of PVP that goes around there too.
