Olympus is laggy as hell and im sure other servers are as well. I know that the server has seen a large growth in players recently but seriously something needs to be done, it's almost unplayable.

it's not FPS lag, it's connection (especially on plot world). i'm not the only person who experiences this. Also i only experience this kind of lag on manacube.
When I play it’s fine for me. It isn’t to the point where you mentioned it’s “Unplayable”. In fact there are other servers way worse than this. I am sure the devs are working on this but please be patient while this happens. Be happy with what you have currently.
