Insure Items

A problem i've noticed with this server is you can spend real money and get items that can be lost from a simple misclick, server lag, minecraft mechanics etc. I believe any item that has been bought with real world currency should be insured with some kind of plugin so that if the item is lost it can be restored. Obviously there would need to be workarounds to avoid duplication exploits but I think it's necessary
