Island Shops

I'm just a little curious, (curiosity killed the cat) but how many good/decent island shops are there to be found? I know there is the /shop , but everything is not found in their, plus I like to look around.
Also, I'm curious, if I were to make a shop for players to buy/sell ay (on my island) what would be some good suggestions for items to sell?
Or any suggestions for a building/theme for a building. :P

Thanks no, it's not too late, still in the process of planning it out, and my build. Thank you so much for the suggestions they will go to good use. I will probably be selling snow blocks and some potions.
